Windy City Rehab - Southport Townhome Renovation

We collaborated with designer, Alison Victoria, to completely renovate this 3-story Lakeview condo and ended up creating our favorite project to date!

​

Starting off with a charming, quirky townhome, the owners wanted to reconfigure the entire layout of the 2nd and 3rd levels of the house. 

​

After facing a few challenges and delays due to city code enforcements, we were able to design a functional, luxurious oasis for the clients – and they couldn’t be happier with the results!

​

This home features a stunning gas fireplace with custom tiling in the main living area, vintage European sliding barn doors leading into the ensuite primary bathroom, beautiful Spanish tilework throughout each bathroom, and a full-service wet bar on the second level.
